Hi, my name is Gigi and I am an experienced, licensed, full time associate broker. I have been a Consistent Top Producer with Houlihan Lawrence for the past eleven and half years.  Prior to becoming a realtor, I was a paralegal with a law firm for 14 years. I have my GRI, ABR, SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations after completing all the course requirements. I have received numerous awards including the Spirit Award, the Relocation Award, the Top Associate in the Mahopac Office Award, and the Platinum Award from both Westchester and Putnam County MLS.
 

I am a member of the Putnam Board of Realtors and currently serve as one of its Director, as well as being elected to serve as one of the Directors, on the Westchester Putnam Multiple Listing Service for Putnam. I am a licensed notary public.  My real estate training includes the Floyd Wickman Sweathog program and also relocation training. I specialize in residential resales, new construction, relocation , and vacant land listings. I work extensively with both sellers and buyers.

 

I currently live in the town of Mahopac, and I belong to numerous sports and social activities that my family and I sponsor in. I am very active with school functions and involved in the community as well as a member of the Mahopac Chamber of Commerce. Also, most recently, I am on the Putnam County Womens Council of Realtors, which I serve in the position of Secretary. My hobbies include swimming, shopping, and  traveling.
